New Snow Zone in Les Arcs 1800 This Winter

Arc 1800 have got some new features for you to enjoy this winter.. Mille 8 is going to be accessible every day until 19:30 and 20:30 on Thursdays.

They're billing it as the 'dawn of a new era' for Arc 1800 and there are some cool new things for you try try out, starting from December this year.

  • A new freestyle area where you can try out your tricks called Les Bosses, which will have modules and snow built features
  • A new specially designed kids area called Les Pingouins
  • A new animated sledge run or Luge unlike any you've ever seen
  • A new beginners area with magic carpet to help you improve called Le Cube
  • A new cable car - the Dahu which holds 8 people per cabin and access the area in under 3 minutes
  • And a new 'discovery run' which you can see laid out in the video, but for any more details on this I'm afraid you'll have to wait!

You'll also be able to see in the video the location of the new aquatic centre (also part of Mille 8) that we told you about at the beginning of last month.

Access to Mille 8 is included with a pedestrian lift pass or any ski pass for Les Arcs, Paisey Valandry, Paradiski Unlimited & Paradiski Discovery.
