Ski Republic & Danisports Merge in a Recent Restructure
Business as usual in Ski Republic's ski hire stores
On the 15th January Le Dauphine newspaper ran an article (now removed from their website) stating that Ski Republic has gone into liquidation, but as you may or may not already be aware, this is not the case.
Ski Republic had been trading as "Favre Sports Logistique" a company which they have now dissolved in order to move the business forwards.
This restructuring move sees Ski Republic merge with Danisports Group, one of the market leaders in France for winter sports, and should allow both businesses to optimise costs in an ever increasingly competitive environment.
The company are keen to point out that there will be no change to their current base of stores and it is business as usual.
