With just over a month to go before the start of the season (see lift opening dates here) we thought we'd give you a quick run down of what's happening on the events calendar so far this season..

If you're in resort early there's a second hand ski & board sale in Bourg St Maurice on 8th November and a Christmas market on the 19th November also in Bourg.

In December the resort opens on the 13th and with it, the Festival of European cinema. You can learn to fly a drone camera in Arc 1950 or do a bit of star gazing. For Christmas & New Year fun & frolics, we suggest you keep an eye on our resort reporters snow reports and nightlife reviews for all the best suggestions for places to go.

In January the Red Bull Linecatcher is back - one of the biggest freeride competitions around, and in February its the turn of the Monster Cross open ski race. In March the B&E Invitational Freestyle competition makes a come back with some of the worlds best freestyle skiers and boarders throwing down some amazing tricks.

Heading into April there will be a two week long party to celebrate the Spring Final, with lots of events, parties, concerts & entertainment, followed by a bit of Golf on skis which looks like it could be quite good fun.

Take a look at the full Les Arcs calendar where more events will be added as they get confirmed & if you've got an event you'd like to share on our calendar, get in touch via the newsdesk. And if you want to see what's going on over in La Plagne take a look at the La Plagne calendar.
