Les Arcs Snow Report: 26th March 2014

A snowy couple of days followed by sun for the weekend

featured in Snow report Author Ellie Mahoney, Les Arcs Editor Updated

With a month to go until the end of the season, last weekends snow fall was very welcome. Snow continues to fall today & tomorrow, notching up around another 10cm at 2000m elevation.

With the snow came colder temperatures but as we move towards the weekend, it will start warming up again with the sun will be making a return bringing temperatures back to above freezing again.

More snow is on the forecast for the middle of next week, but as to how much we'll have to wait & see. As you can see from one of the pictures above the snow might be getting a bit thin down in parts of Villaroger already..but then that is down at 1300m.. but don't worry the pistes higher up are still all in good condition!

Take a look at the stats on the right of this text to see the current base levels of snow.. there's still around 1.3m at 200m :-)

Don't forget you can send us your ski hoilday snaps via the usual social media channels.
