This residence is divided into a number of chalet-style apartments, all in traditional Savoyard style, with an impressive view of the surrounding mountains.

Many of this residences apartments have recently under gone renovation and now boast new spacious layouts with new contemporary alpine furniture. There are a number of different apartment configurations available with different facilities. (NB - their configuration descriptions are non-contractual).

All guests have access to the indoor swimming pool, hamman (steam room), sauna and gym.

There is a small ski-lift next to the residence that takes you up to the start of the pistes (30 metres from reception).

The residence's apartments are furnished with wooden decoration and cosy fabrics. They have everything you need to ensure a comfortable and relaxing holiday: fire place, satellite TV, made beds, towels and spacious living room with balcony. 

Apartments are self-catered; however you can order fresh bread and pastries to be delivered each morning. You can also borrow raclette, pierrade and fondue appliances from reception, should you wish to recreate a genuine Alpine dining experience in the comfort of your apartment! 

Wi-Fi is available in the reception for free and in the apartments at an extra charge, baby chairs and cots can be loaned free of charge and parking can be reserved at an extra charge. Animals are welcomed by prior arrangement at an extra charge.

The Pool

The residence has a large indoor heated pool with views of the mountains. Surrounding the pool are numerous wooden deck chairs were you can chill-out and relax after a day of fun on the slopes.

The Restaurant

This residence does not include its own restaurant. However, if you prefer not to self-cater on your holiday, you can dine at the Savoy in the sister residence Cimes des Arcs which offers half board rates as well as a la carte dining.

What else to book


You’ll need to book your own transfers when staying here. Your main options are shared or private transfers, but consider whether you would prefer a door-to-door service or a (generally cheaper) “communal” drop-off point at your destination.

Ski Hire

You can hire all your ski and snowboard equipment through the agents' partner shop and take advantage of guest discounts. The Skiset shop is situated next to the residence.

Lifts & Passes

You’ll need to buy your own lift pass, when staying here. Lift passes can be booked online or bought in resort on arrival. There are many types of pass available, suited to different levels, length of stay and budget. It’s worth reading up on the options to get the most from your lift pass in summer & winter

Instructors & Lessons

When staying here, you’ll need to book  your own ski or snowboard lessons. Tuition is strongly recommended for complete beginners and is always a good idea whatever your level to perfect your technique. Group lessons are a great way for children to learn with their peers whilst giving you some free time on the slopes. Groups are also a generally cheaper option for adults, however, with a private instructor you’ll have undivided attention and be able to progress at your own pace.

Guides & Tours

When staying here, you’ll need to book your own Guides & Tours, which are a great way to discover Les Arcs whilst doing a number of fun activities. During the winter, if you are keen to go off-piste, booking a High Mountain Guide is strongly recommended. Not only do they know the best local spots, these highly trained and experienced individuals are very familiar with the surroundings and can provide loads of insights you won’t get by yourself, as well as helping to ensure your safety.

Families & Kids

Cots and high-chairs are available from reception free of charge, subject to availability.

You’ll need to book your own childcare, when staying here. There is a great choice of childcare options in Les Arcs from full-time nanny services to the odd night of babysitting. In addition, during the winter season, many of the ski-schools operate creche services. Booking in advance is always recommended and strongly advised for the school holiday periods.

You can reserve indoor parking in advance, and it is available for cars under 2.30m for €85 to €95 per week depending on the height of the season. Outdoor parking is also available for €43 per week, however pre-booking is not possible.
