This restaurant is named after the infamous black truffle, found across southern France and serves a refined menu including this product in a number of its dishes.
The interior is chic and modern with contemporary furniture and large windows, this space offers a warm and bright setting for your meals. The main star of the show here is most definitely the food!
Chefs Eric Samson and Mathieu Hericotte produce dishes such as scallop and truffle carpaccio, beef and caviar and for a mountain top restaurant there's a lot of seafood on the menu.
The wine list is equally good, with a selection of around 2000 bottles in the cellar.
Even at the table you can still enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the landscape, the restaurant opens onto an outdoor terrace facing south, enjoying a panoramic view of the ski area and the slopes.
