Located in very quiet area of Les Arc called Le Croisette, which is a 5min drive and 10min walk from central Arc 1800, surrounded by forest with magnificent views down the valley and of Mont Blanc

The chalet is constructed over 3 floors with an abundance of wood and a mix of tiled and wooden floors.

You enter the chalet on the first floor and access an open plan lounge and diner with an open fire and a dining table seating 8. There are also doors leading onto a terrace where you can enjoy the mountain views down the valley and towards Mont Blanc.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar overlooking the dining table. The kitchen equipment includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave as well as plenty of cupboard space. Also on this level is a separate toilet and then stairs leading to the upper floor and basement.

On the lower ground floor is a further room that can be used as an office/play room and comes with a futon that can sleep an extra 2 overnight guests if necessary.

This chalet comes with a garage which is suitable for any large vehicle and provides plenty of space for ski and boot storage. There is a washing machine available.

Sleeping

The chalet sleeps up to 8 people in four bedrooms which are configured as follows:

On the second floor are 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 singles) two of the rooms have access onto a balcony. There is also a family bathroom with toilet and corner bath with shower over.

On the lower ground floor is a further double bedroom with ensuite bathroom including a shower , toilet, bidet and jacuzzi bath.
