Rosi 0002 Seasonal Chalet, Montvalezan

You approach the chalet form the parking area, through the gardens and past the hot tub area. The chalet is built on three floors.

As you enter the chalet, the laundry room and sauna is on the right. There is also a reception room here.

Turn left down the corridor and enter the huge main lounge with an open fire and seating for 12. There also is the dining area, kitchen and bar.

The kitchen is fitted out with commercial appliances; range cooker, professional dishwasher, and glass washer

The main staircase takes you to the first floor and five bedrooms, four of them en-suite.

A second staircase takes you to the second floor, where there is a sixth bedroom en-suite (previously used for staff accommodation), and the games room with bathroom

External parking for five cars and a triple garage is at road level.

The Chalet is just outside La Rosiere, offering paramount views of the Tarentaise Valley.

The Chalet is located between Bourg St Maurice and Seez at 1400m altitude.
